Job summary

Manheim, part of Cox Automotive, is seeking a Strategic Planning Manager to modernize internal operations and drive efficiency through data, tooling, automation, and reporting. You will own the roadmap for process, reporting, and technology improvements across functions.

You will blend structured problem-solving with practical judgment to deliver implementable solutions and measurable impact for the client experience. Hybrid work in Atlanta preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or related field with 6+ years in consulting, process improvement, operations, or financial analysis.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment.
• Proven ability to build business cases and cost-benefit analyses that influence executives.
• Strong process-mapping and data-analysis skills, including AI-driven analysis, to diagnose current-state processes and design future solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Map current-state, end-to-end business processes across impacted teams and identify friction points.
• Design future-state processes to close gaps and improve efficiency.
• Build quantified business cases with cost-benefit analysis and resource estimates.
• Lead cross-functional delivery, manage project plans, milestones, and risks.
• Lead change management, education, and post-implementation follow-up to ensure adoption.
