Job summary

Ovation Law Firm is seeking an Account Manager to own and strengthen our referral partner network. You will identify, onboard, manage, and optimize partners while ensuring exceptional client representation. You will collaborate across leadership, operations, intake, and attorney partners to maximize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years managing strategic accounts, partnerships, client relationships, or operational programs.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics.
• Experience using CRM systems and spreadsheets to manage relationships and performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate potential referral partners and assess fit with Ovation's model.
• Lead onboarding for new partners and educate on underwriting standards, model, and expectations.
• Own ongoing management of referral partner portfolio and monitor performance and client outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships and hold partners accountable to performance standards.
• Collaborate with Intake, Operations, Marketing, and Legal to ensure smooth case routing and timely communication.
• Monitor case progression and identify risks before they become problems.
• Analyze referral data to identify trends and improvements to increase conversion and revenue.
• Improve systems, processes, and reporting to enhance partner performance.
• Help expand Ovation's national referral network into new markets.
