• Ten or more years of work experience managing programs and projects with increasing complexity and responsibility.

• Develop opportunity pipeline and donor/partner intelligence for priority foundations, funders, and partners aligned with Ipas's mission in Canada.
• Draft and refine positioning materials, including capability statements and boilerplate language, and support external communications.
• Support proposal development, including technical narratives, budgets, logframes, and donor reporting.
