Ipas in Canada is seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager to strengthen resource mobilization and manage the partnership portfolio. The role identifies, cultivates, and expands a pipeline of institutional funders, foundations, corporate partners, and strategic collaborators aligned with Ipas's mission and values.
The position involves business development support for high-value funding opportunities, donor engagement plans, and the preparation of expressions of interest, concept notes,
Competenze
- Ten or more years’ work experience managing programs/projects with increasing complexity and responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience in business development, fundraising, and/or proposal development for NGOs or mission-driven organizations.
- Strong understanding of institutional donor environments, including bilateral and multilateral agencies, foundations, and partnerships.
Mansioni
- Develop donor and partner engagement plans for priority prospects with clear objectives and follow-up actions.
- Draft and refine positioning materials (capability statements, one-pagers, slide decks, project summaries).
- Build network intelligence on trends and opportunities in Canada; collaborate with communications and development nodes.
