Qualifications

• Ten or more years of work experience in program management, fundraising, and donor engagement.
• Proven experience in proposal development for NGOs or mission-driven groups.
• Strong understanding of institutional donors and partnership models.
• Fluency in English and French for donor communications.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Map priority funders and partners aligned with Ipas's mission.
• Develop donor engagement plans and track progress against targets.
• Draft capability statements, one-pagers, and proposals; ensure quality and compliance.
• Support external communications and contribute to donor-facing materials.
