League One Volleyball (LOVB) is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Business Solutions to support sales and client services driving revenue across the LOVB ecosystem. Reporting to the Vice President, this role covers research, strategy, presentation development, and project management for high-value partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in sales support, sponsorship, or sports marketing.
• Strong PowerPoint/Google Slides skills with client-ready materials.
• Experience building P&Ls, budgets, pricing models, or other financial tools.
• Experience working with research, measurement, or data platforms and external vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication; highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic, customized sponsorship platforms for partners.
• Create polished pitch decks, one-sheeters, and case studies from concept to completion.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to bring partnership concepts to life.
• Support revenue generation and partnership activations across LOVB ecosystem.
