Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Organizational Transformation and Change Specialist to lead enterprise change initiatives in the national security sector. You will analyze how new processes affect business operations and design communications plans, trainings, and change strategies to enable smoother transitions.

You will partner with executive stakeholders, assess readiness, and guide multi-channel change communications while coordinating cross-functional delivery across complex client

Qualifications

• Knowledge of change frameworks, executive messaging strategy, stakeholder engagement models, and organizational readiness assessments for enterprise software or operational shifts.
• Ability to partner with executive stakeholders to translate complex business objectives into strategic communication plans and cross-functional delivery roadmaps.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in OCM or a Master’s degree with 3+ years in OCM or related transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and assess how alterations will impact business processes and design.
• Develop communications plans, trainings, or change strategies for client initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate objectives into delivery roadmaps across functions.
• Mentor staff and manage project risk in cross-functional delivery across complex client initiatives.
