Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a data analytics supervisor in the United States to lead a team dedicated to delivering accurate reporting, insights, and data quality across the business. You will own ETL processes, data warehouse support, and collaboration with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in insurance, data analytics, reporting, or a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of ETL, data management principles and data structures.
• Experience creating process flows and documentation using tools such as Microsoft Visio.
• Familiarity with version control systems and development platforms like GitHub or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Cognos.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members, review their work, and provide guidance to improve performance, productivity, and project delivery.
• Develop strategies and practical approaches to help the team achieve objectives and complete projects efficiently.
• Manage day-to-day requests for data, reports, and analytical insights from internal stakeholders.
• Build and support data migration staging environments and data warehouses for reliable data processing.
• Support regulatory and business reporting activities, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Analyze downstream data to identify anomalies, investigate data quality issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with QA to develop test cases and scenarios validating data processes and reporting outputs.
• Create and maintain reporting scripts, review colleagues' work, and promote technical quality through peer reviews.
• Work with internal customers to gather requirements, communicate findings, and deliver reporting solutions aligned with business needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve data structures, reporting processes, and analytical workflows for continuous business improvement.
