Jobgether is seeking a Strategic Project Lead for Speech & Audio AI in the United States. You will drive end-to-end delivery of speech and audio AI programs, coordinating with clients and global teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires 1–2 years in AI data operations or related fields, with familiarity in speech workflows and QA practices. This is a remote role with a focus on international collaboration and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in AI data operations, project coordination, or related field.
• Experience with generative AI or frontier AI environments preferred.
• Ability to translate client needs into actionable guidelines and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery with scope, timelines, budgets, staffing, and risks.
• Manage client relationships and serve as primary contact for updates and escalations.
• Translate requirements into operational workflows, guidelines, tooling, and QA standards.
• Define, track, and analyze quality metrics (transcription accuracy, WER, diarization).
• Resolve data quality and delivery challenges with corrective actions.
• Advise clients and teams on feasibility, methodologies, and tooling across AI projects.
• Develop reusable SOPs, guidelines, and documentation for efficiency.
• Mentor Operations Specialists and promote quality practices across teams.
• Support scoping, pilots, and new service development in evolving AI tech.
