Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Strategic Project Lead for Speech & Audio AI based in the United States to steer complex programs from planning to delivery. You will collaborate with global clients, translate requirements into actionable workflows, and drive quality standards across speech, audio, and language data initiatives.

In this remote role, you’ll mentor team members, optimize delivery processes, and develop reusable operational frameworks while aligning with client objectives and industry best

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in AI data operations, project coordination or related field.
• Experience with generative or frontier AI environments.
• Familiar with at least one speech, audio, language data, or conversational AI workflow.
• Ability to translate client needs into actionable guidelines and workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Interest in AI innovation and speech technologies.
• Preferred: ASR, transcription, speaker diarization, TTS evaluation.
• Preferred: IVR, dialogue design, conversational evaluation.
• Preferred multilingual: German or Nordic language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including scope, timelines, budgets, staffing, and risks.
• Manage client relationships and act as primary contact for updates and escalations.
• Translate client objectives into annotation guidelines and workflows.
• Define and monitor quality metrics such as transcription accuracy and WER.
• Investigate data quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Advise clients and teams on workflows, methodologies, and tooling.
• Develop reusable SOPs and quality assurance frameworks.
• Mentor Operations Specialists and promote best practices.
• Support business development and new service opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery approaches.
