Location: Remote. Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years in AI data operations or project coordination, preferably in GenAI or frontier AI.
• Hands-on experience with speech, audio, language, or conversational AI workflows.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively with clients.
• Strong understanding of data quality and annotation workflows.
• Skilled in translating client requirements into actionable guidelines and quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Genuine interest in advancements in AI, particularly in speech and audio technologies.

This role will lead end‑to‑end delivery of speech and audio AI projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. You will partner closely with clients and internal stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable workflows, resolve ambiguities, and keep projects moving in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. The position also focuses on strengthening quality frameworks, guiding annotation practices, and supporting continuous improvement across AI data operations.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
