RAW Group in Malta or remote is seeking an experienced Senior Key Account Manager to lead relationships with operators and partners in Scandinavia and Baltic markets. You will drive profitability and growth by optimizing promotions and products.

You will manage complex commercial terms, renewals, and forecasts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value. Fluency in English required; knowledge of a Scandinavian or Baltic language is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of key account management with proven results.
• Strong understanding of iGaming products, promotions and performance metrics.
• Experience in Scandinavian or Baltic markets or a credible plan to learn them.
• Able to interpret revenue-share agreements and pricing impacts.
• Experience renewing contracts and negotiating terms.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts with CRM and revenue forecasting.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and industry events.
• Fluent written and spoken English; knowledge of a regional Scandinavian/Baltic language is a plus.
