Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC seeks a leader to define, execute, and continuously improve Strategic Portfolio Management processes. You will align portfolio initiatives with corporate goals, drive data‑driven decision making, and enhance governance, transparency, and value realization across portfolios and projects.

Collaborate with business, technology, finance, and transformation teams, prepare executive reports, and shape the operating model.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of related experience.
• Certified in Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent preferred.
• Portfolio management, governance, and PM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, execute, and continuously improve Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) processes.
• Provide executive-level reporting, governance materials, and decision-support content.
• Coordinate collaboration across process owners and interfacing teams to align strategy and execution.
• Prioritize backlog for portfolio improvements and enhance governance and reporting capabilities.
