SCI Summit Consulting, LLC is seeking a field-side leader in Mississippi to identify and secure profitable opportunities while strengthening agency partnerships. You will educate agencies on products and market positioning, and drive revenue through targeted cross-selling and strategic plans.

The role requires 60–80% travel to visit agents and brokers, with a focus on growth, retention, and data-driven decision making. A Bachelor’s degree and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
• 5+ years in strategic business development or marketing.
• Certifications such as AU/CPCU/CIC/INS/ARM are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategic marketing plans for Mississippi territory.
• Identifies and secures profitable new business opportunities.
• Cultivates and maintains relationships with key agencies to increase retention and satisfaction.
• Educates agencies on product features, market positioning, and selling techniques.
• Drives revenue growth by meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Performs market research and competitive analysis to inform decisions.
• Willingness to travel 60–80% of the time to visit agents and brokers.
