Celestica is seeking a Director of Corporate Strategy for its Connectivity and Cloud Solutions (CCS) business. This role partners with the Executive Leadership Team to shape Celestica's strategic direction, manage planning, assess market opportunities, and drive growth through investments and inorganic activities.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate Strategy, CCS, you will lead substantive analysis, guide cross-functional project teams, and develop strategy talent.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, or related roles.
• Experience leading complex strategy engagements with multiple workstreams.
• Experience presenting to senior executives and shaping Board-level materials.

• Shape the CCS growth strategy, identify priority markets and capabilities.
• Lead focused initiatives from framing through execution with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Corporate Development on acquisitions, partnerships, and investments.
