Celestica seeks a Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy for the Connectivity and Cloud Solutions (CCS) business. The role partners with the ELT to shape Celestica's strategic direction and drive profitable growth in AI data center infrastructure.

You will evaluate markets, lead complex strategic initiatives, and collaborate with Corporate Development on acquisitions, investments, and partnerships, while building the team and communicating recommendations to executives.

Formación

• 10+ years of total professional experience with at least 6 years in top-tier strategy roles.
• Proven track record leading complex strategy engagements in large technology businesses.
• Evidence your work led to decisions that were adopted and implemented (market entry, investments, portfolio changes).
• Strong fluency in AI and cloud infrastructure economics and their business implications.
• Beneficial exposure to hyperscaler AI ecosystems and hardware platform businesses.
• Strong problem-solving, market research, and financial modeling skills.
• Executive presence with experience presenting to senior executives and boards.
• Independent thinker who updates positions when evidence changes.

Responsabilidades

• Shape the CCS growth strategy and drive multi-year plans.
• Evaluate new markets, adjacencies, and business models with rigorous analysis.
• Translate AI infrastructure trends into actionable strategy for product/engineering.
• Partner with Corporate Development on acquisitions, partnerships, and investments.
• Drive prioritized initiatives with milestones and accountable owners.
• Prepare executive-level recommendations and board-level materials.
• Develop the strategy team and raise analytical rigor across the function.
