Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Shape the CCS growth strategy by identifying priority markets, customer segments, and capabilities; translate insights into portfolio choices and multi-year plans.
• Evaluate profitable growth opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling; provide explicit recommendations.
• Translate market intelligence and technology developments in AI infrastructure, compute, networking, storage, and rack-scale systems into strategic implications for roadmaps and value position.
• Partner with Corporate Development on acquisition, partnership and investment opportunities; provide strategic rationale and market assessments.
• Drive focused portfolio initiatives with business stakeholders, secure decisions, set milestones, and connect strategy to annual planning and measurable results.
• Develop clear executive-level materials and present recommendations to leadership and the Board as needed.
• Build team capabilities in strategic framing, market intelligence, and AI tools to support ongoing growth.
