Job summary

Urban Insight is a leading digital agency partnering with museums, nonprofits and universities to redesign websites and migrate platforms. We seek a Director of Business Development to own new business growth, manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to close, and drive multi-year engagements.

You will build a personal pipeline, qualify opportunities, and partner with executives, strategists and delivery teams to tailor solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B sales, including digital agency/consulting experience.
• Proven track record closing opportunities of $100k–$500k with executive buyers.
• Experience selling web design and development or digital services.
• Strong ability to translate client goals into proposals and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a named target-account book across core sectors.
• Own inbound sales process: respond within one business day and move opportunities to close.
• Write and own proposals, RFP responses and client presentations.
• Close deals and set clients up for success with delivery teams.
• Represent Urban Insight at conferences and sector events.
