Urban Insight is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive new business growth for website redesigns and digital strategy. You’ll own the sales cycle from outreach to close, building a book of high-value opportunities with $150k–$500k engagements.

You’ll work with a delivery team and senior executives to shape solutions, respond to RFPs, and manage relationships with marketing, digital and IT leaders across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B sales, including 3+ years in new business roles.
• Experience running the full sales cycle on services engagements of $100k-$500k.
• Strong proposal writer with ability to craft winning proposals and RFP responses.
• Sales experience selling web design and digital services and understanding project scoping and pricing.

Responsabilités

• Own your book of business and build a named target-account list across core sectors.
• Own the inbound sales process from inquiry to decision, including discovery.
• Write and own proposals, RFP responses and client presentations.
• Negotiate and close deals and set clients up for delivery success.
• Represent Urban Insight at conferences and industry events with a clear plan.
