Job summary

Remote Co. is seeking a Strategic Finance Analyst in Denver/Remote to join the General & Admin team. You’ll own core FP&A work including forecasting, profitability analysis, and pricing impact assessments.

You’ll partner with Sales, RevOps, and Operations to ensure data integrity and timely reporting. You will build reliable financial models, analyze margins, and support commission calculations while advancing automation and data infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of FP&A, accounting, or business analysis experience.
• Strong Excel skills with advanced formulas and financial modeling.
• Working knowledge of SQL and willingness to learn more.
• Excellent analytical skills with large datasets.
• Ability to present financial data clearly for financial and non‑financial audiences.
• Hands-on experience with financial or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Conduct budget-to-actual variance and profitability analysis.
• Build and maintain financial models for decision making and scenario analysis.
• Contribute data and analysis to board and executive reporting materials.
• Automate recurring deliverables, like commission calculations, to reduce manual work.
• Develop dashboards and reporting views for recurring Finance deliverables.
