Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of related experience.
• Experience coordinating across clinical, commercial and access teams.
• Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional work groups with IEP Directors to shape integrated evidence plans.
• Create and implement project plans ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead global projects and teams, delivering timely results and strategic recommendations.
• Communicate progress and adjustments to stakeholders.
• Synthesize inputs from global stakeholders into clear problems to solve.
• Maintain workflow tools aligning business priorities with scientific evidence.
