Job summary

Dexcom is seeking an IEP Specialist to translate complex business priorities into actionable evidence strategies across clinical, commercial, and access teams. You will lead cross-functional groups, deliver integrated evidence plans, and influence enterprise decisions with timely, high-quality inputs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of related experience.
Experience in payer/provider or medtech healthcare environments is preferred.
Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional work streams to translate business priorities into evidence plans.
Develop and manage integrated evidence plans across clinical, commercial and access teams.
Deliver on-time, on-budget plans with strategic recommendations.
Communicate progress and adjustments to stakeholders clearly.
Maintain workflow tools aligning priorities with scientific evidence.
