Dexcom, Inc is seeking an IEP Specialist to translate complex business priorities into actionable evidence strategies across clinical, commercial, and access teams. You will collaborate across global stakeholders to ensure evidence plans are comprehensive and aligned with Dexcom's objectives.

You will lead global projects, manage timelines, and deliver strategic recommendations throughout the project lifecycle, enabling Dexcom's growth in CGM solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of related experience in healthcare, health economics, or data science.
• Ability to translate business priorities into actionable evidence strategies.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication to coordinate cross-functional work.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional work groups to identify objectives and needs.
• Create and implement project plans to deliver evidence plans on time and within budget.
• Synthesize inputs from global stakeholders into clear problems to solve.
• Maintain workflow tools integrating business priorities and scientific evidence.

• Provide strategic recommendations throughout project lifecycle.
