Dexcom Minnesota seeks an IEP Specialist to translate complex business priorities into actionable evidence strategies guiding enterprise decisions. You will collaborate across clinical, commercial, and access teams to ensure evidence plans are comprehensive, relevant, and aligned with global objectives.

This role requires leading global projects, delivering timely results, and communicating progress to stakeholders. Travel 5-15% and a strong healthcare background are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years related experience.
• Healthcare experience (payer, provider or medtech) preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional work groups with IEP Directors to identify objectives and landscape.
• Create and implement project plans ensuring deliverables are on time, within budget and to standard.
• Lead global projects and teams, delivering timely, quality results and strategic recommendations.
• Communicate plan progress, adjustments and corrections to stakeholders.
• Synthesize inputs from global stakeholders into clear problems to solve.
• Maintain workflow tools that integrate priorities and scientific evidence.
