Here we are 25 years later, having pioneered an industry. And we're just getting started. We are broadening our vision beyond diabetes to empower people to take control of health. That means personalized, actionable insights aimed at solving important health challenges. To continue what we've started: Improving human health. We are driven by thousands of ambitious, passionate people worldwide who are willing to fight like warriors to earn the trust of our customers by listening, serving with integrity, thinking big, and being dependable. We've already changed millions of lives and we're ready to change millions more. Our future ambition is to become a leading consumer health technology company while continuing to develop solutions for serious health conditions. We'll get there by constantly reinventing unique biosensing-technology experiences. Though we've come a long way from our small company days, our dreams are bigger than ever. The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.

Meet the team: Global Integrated Evidence Planning (IEP) is a high-impact function at Dexcom, shaping the future of evidence strategy across the product lifecycle. The IEP team works cross-functionally to anticipate stakeholder needs, evaluate the competitive landscape, and deliver integrated evidence plans that support Dexcom’s mission to improve lives through innovative diabetes care.

As an IEP Specialist, you will play a pivotal role, translating complex business priorities into actionable evidence strategies that guide enterprise decision-making. You will collaborate across clinical, commercial, and access teams to ensure evidence plans are comprehensive, relevant, and aligned with global objectives. This is a unique opportunity to lead strategically, influence outcomes, and contribute meaningfully to Dexcom’s growth and impact.

Where you come in:

  • You will partner with the IEP Directors to lead cross functional work groups, identifying business objectives, stakeholder needs and the competitive landscape to create strategic integrated evidence plans.
  • You will create and implement project plans ensuring IEP deliverables are completed on time, at goal standard, and in budget.
  • You will help lead global projects and teams, gaining and sustaining trust by delivering timely, quality results and making strategic recommendations along the project lifecycle.
  • You will communicate plan progress, adjustments and corrections to all relevant stakeholders.
  • You will synthesize inputs from global stakeholders into clear, approachable problems to solve.
  • You will solve problems where the path forward is ambiguous and cross-functional.
  • You will maintain workflow tools that integrate business priorities and scientific evidence to identify gaps.

What makes you successful:

  • You can independently manage projects, timelines, and influence project teams to deliver useful and scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • You bring healthcare experience (payer, provider or medtech industry) to the team.
  • Your proficiency in written, verbal and visual communication, and demonstrated ability to coordinate and prioritize work helps your team close-out project objectives on time.
  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
  • You have had exposure to evidence generation through experiences such as clinical research, health care economics or data science.
  • You can efficiently interpret and synthesize findings from scientific literature.
  • You have experience partnering with global, cross-functional stakeholders to identify challenges and drive strategic solutions.

What you’ll get:

  • A front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
  • Learn about our brave #dexcomwarriors community.
  • A full and comprehensive benefits program.
  • Growth opportunities on a global scale.
  • Access to career development through in-house learning programs and/or qualified tuition reimbursement.
  • An exciting and innovative, industry-leading organization committed to our employees, customers, and the communities we serve.
