Job summary

MANSCAPED is seeking a Director of Procurement and Sourcing to own and evolve the global procurement process, drive cost reductions through benchmarking and contract negotiations, and lead a high‑performing team. You will work with Product Development, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance to align strategies with company goals.

The role is remote-first in the United States, with international travel as needed and a focus on optimizing direct-to-consumer and retail supplier networks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in Procurement and/or Sourcing with expertise in strategic procurement and sourcing.
• Experience leading complex large-value negotiations.
• Experience supervising a team (3+ employees) and coordinating with international staff.

Responsibilities

• Design data-driven sourcing strategies balancing cost, speed, quality, and risk.
• Lead RFPs, supplier selection, and contract negotiations.
• Manage supplier relationships as primary company contact; drive cost/performance improvements.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing procurement team; collaborate with Product Development, Quality, Regulatory, Demand Planning, and Finance.
