Glossier seeks a Director of Co-Manufacturing & Procurement to lead global procurement strategy and vendor relationships. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution to optimize margins, improve delivery, and ensure quality across fragrance, makeup, and skincare portfolios.

In this remote US-friendly position, you will partner with finance, logistics, and commercial teams, driving cost reductions and building collaborative relationships with contract manufacturers worldwide.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, logistics, or related field.
• 10+ years of global supply chain leadership.
• Experience with co-manufacturing and international partnerships.
• Experience scaling operations using ERP, WMS, and e-commerce platforms.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Develop procurement plans to support new development and existing products, meeting financial goals.
• Drive cost reductions, lead times, and MOQs through process improvements.
• Identify and qualify new suppliers; build and maintain vendor partnerships.
• Lead material replenishment and improve inventory turns while ensuring on-time delivery.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to mitigate risks.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers for favorable pricing and conditions.
• Improve purchasing efficiencies via MRP optimization and vendor management.
• Oversee master data, BOM, and PO execution; manage supplier records and spend.
• Coordinate order tracking and expediting across all vendor partners.
