Job summary

FAR.AI is hiring a Technical Project Manager to be the delivery backbone of our frontier AI red-teaming program. You will own the end-to-end delivery of high-stakes engagements with governments and frontier AI companies, coordinate with researchers, and drive proposals and client outcomes.

This role blends program management with technical literacy, supporting red-team recruiting and scale as the portfolio grows.

Qualifications

• Substantial program or engagement management experience (>5y) in fast-moving technical environments.
• Ability to read technical reports and engage credibly with technical teams.
• Experience drafting proposals or responses to government or frontier tech counterparts.
• Strong written communication and autonomous, high-judgment decision making.
• Some experience with technical recruiting and hiring initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of large, multi-party engagements with government and frontier labs.
• Run RFPs and manage opportunity pipeline, scoping engagements and drafting proposals.
• Support red-team recruiting and hiring initiatives.
• Coordinate with red-team leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Adapt role as team scales and priorities shift.
