Job summary

Replay is hiring a Strategic Project Lead to own engagements with frontier AI labs, guiding data projects from initial scope through delivery. You’ll translate lab goals into concrete data specs, manage timelines, and work directly with researchers and our internal teams.

This high-ownership role requires comfort in research dialogue, strong analytics, and proactive relationship-building with external partners to ensure excellent execution under demanding timelines.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in a high-ownership environment in startups or engineering programs.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Comfort engaging with external researchers and client teams.
• Strong analytical ability to structure problems and build metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Gritty, action-oriented, and hands-on when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-million-dollar data projects with frontier AI labs from scope to delivery.
• Translate lab data needs into concrete specs, quality requirements, and timelines.
• Build trust with Replay’s clients and ensure world-class execution under tight timelines.
• Coordinate with partner companies and internal teams to source and deliver data.
