Job summary

Persistent Systems is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build long-term relationships with customers and ensure maximum value from Wave Relay products. You will be the primary post-sale contact, proactively addressing needs, driving adoption, and supporting retention and growth.

This remote role requires collaboration with engineering, sales, PMO, and operations, and involves travel to customer sites across the US and beyond. Strong communication and technical acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in customer success, account management, or client services.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• CRM tools experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for strategic and high-value customer accounts.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by managing and interpreting requirements.
• Provide post-sales technical assistance and drive product adoption.
• Monitor customer health, usage, and satisfaction to support retention.
• Coordinate with Sales, PMO, and Operations to deliver solutions.
• Identify opportunities for renewals, upsells, and expansion.
