Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in communications, corporate communications, public relations, marketing communications, internal communications, content development, or related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong grammar, tone, and clarity.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, audience-appropriate messaging.
• Proven collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit, and distribute internal and external communications across multiple channels.
• Create communication strategies aligned with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with leadership and departments to identify communication requirements.
• Translate complex information into concise, audience-appropriate messaging.
• Manage communication calendars, deadlines, and distribution plans.
• Draft executive communications, employee updates, and presentations.
• Support internal communication initiatives to improve engagement and alignment.
• Create and maintain communication materials, templates, and guidelines.
• Coordinate communications for initiatives, projects, and events.
• Review materials for accuracy, tone, and consistency.
