Job summary

Altera Digital Health, part of Harris Computer, seeks a Client Success Executive (CSE) to ensure client success, advocacy and growth across the portfolio from a US remote location.

In this role you’ll own client journeys, monitor KPIs, lead strategic reviews, and identify expansion opportunities while coordinating across functions. Base salary ranges $80-90k USD with commission depending on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.
• 2–4 years of client-facing experience with a track record of exceeding expectations.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with strategic planning, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal advocate for assigned clients, ensuring their goals and feedback are represented across teams.
• Lead Strategic Partnership Reviews to assess performance, align goals, and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor and track KPIs that align with client goals and internal toolkits.
• Oversee day-to-day client operations and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
• Identify and drive lead generation opportunities within existing client accounts.
