The role requires expertise in financial modeling, business case development, and creating executive-ready analyses, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management and EST hours alignment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 3+ years with a management consulting firm or 4+ years in a strategic role with increasing responsibility.
• Experience structuring and solving complex business problems using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience conducting financial modeling, interpreting data, and developing business cases.
• Experience translating strategy into actionable plans and cross-functional execution.
• Experience creating executive-level presentations and deliverables.

Aufgaben

• Lead structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven analyses to support PCO priorities using financial modeling, qualitative insights, and market research.
• Summarize complex information into executive-ready presentations and recommendations for leadership and Board decision-making.
• Lead evaluation of strategic opportunities, feasibility, risks, and implementation considerations.
• Own priority workstreams with workplans, milestones, dependencies, and risk identification.
• Facilitate cross-functional engagement and decision-support to advance strategy development and execution across PCO.
• Develop business cases, value analyses, KPI frameworks, and leadership updates.
