Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Strategy professional to partner with CenterWell Senior Primary Care and PCO leadership to shape strategic direction and translate strategy into measurable business results.

You will solve complex problems, build financial models, and develop executive-ready analyses for decision-makers while reporting to the Associate VP, PCO Strategy. The role requires presenting clear findings, influencing cross-functional teams, and driving execution across priority

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as stated in Required Qualifications.
• 3+ years with a management consulting firm and/or 4+ years in a strategic role with increasing responsibility.
• Experience structuring and solving complex business problems using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience conducting financial modeling, interpreting data, and developing business cases.
• Experience translating strategy into actionable plans and driving cross-functional execution.
• Experience creating polished, executive-level presentations and deliverables.
• Can work EST hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven analyses to support PCO priorities, using financial modeling, qualitative insights, and market research.
• Summarize complex information into executive-ready presentations and recommendations for leadership and Board decisions.
• Lead evaluation of strategic opportunities, feasibility, risks, and implementation considerations.
• Own priority workstreams with workplans, milestones, interdependencies, and risk identification.
• Facilitate cross-functional engagement through sessions and stakeholder alignment to enable coordinated execution.
• Develop business cases, value analyses, KPI frameworks, and leadership updates communicating progress and risks.
