Job summary

Humana Inc is seeking a Senior Strategy professional to partner with CenterWell and PCO leadership, shaping strategic direction and translating it into measurable business results. You will perform rigorous analyses, develop recommendations for executive decision-making, and drive alignment across senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, economics, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of management consulting and/or 4+ years in a strategic role with increasing responsibility.
• Experience structuring and solving complex business problems using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience conducting financial modeling and developing business cases.
• Experience translating strategy into actionable plans and driving cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven analyses to support PCO priorities, using financial modeling and market research.
• Summarize complex information into executive-ready presentations and recommendations for leadership and Board decisions.
• Lead evaluation of strategic opportunities, feasibility, risks, and implementation considerations.
• Own priority workstreams with workplans, milestones, and stakeholder alignment.
• Facilitate cross-functional engagement and decision-support for strategy development and execution.
• Develop business cases, KPI frameworks, and leadership updates to communicate progress and risks.
