Job summary

You will apply strategic analysis, financial acumen, and executive‑level synthesis to support priorities across CentersWell and PCO leadership, reporting to the Associate VP. Remote work is common with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with a management consulting firm or 4+ years in a strategic role.
• Experience structuring and solving complex business problems using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience conducting financial modeling, interpreting operational and financial data, and developing business cases.
• Experience translating strategy into actionable plans and driving cross-functional execution.
• Experience creating polished, executive-level presentations and deliverables that communicate complex concepts with clarity.
• Can work EST hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured problem-solving to support priorities using analyses.
• Summarize information into executive-ready presentations and recommendations.
• Lead evaluation of strategic opportunities, feasibility, risks, and implementation considerations.
• Own priority workstreams with milestones, interdependencies, and risk identification.
• Facilitate cross-functional engagement to advance strategy development and execution.
• Develop business cases, KPI frameworks, and leadership updates.
