Osaic is seeking a Strategic Account Manager focused on customer service for its Financial Professionals nationwide. This remote, full-time role emphasizes support, education, and superior service across programs and platforms.

You will train before handling live calls, manage inquiries, and coordinate with operations to ensure accurate processing and timely updates. This is not a sales role but a technical, service-focused position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service or contact center experience.
• Experience with DocuPace system.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fast learner with basic technical skills and strong customer focus.
• Ability to work independently with quality and deadlines.
• Team player capable of contributing in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for assigned programs, ensuring timely support.
• Manage day-to-day activities including calls and Service Central tickets.
• Build relationships with program stakeholders and internal teams.
• Conduct client and program calls, provide updates and address questions.
• Process transactions including new accounts, money movements, and maintenance.
• Support programs with reporting and system-related requests.
• Identify and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Operations and other teams to support needs.
• Provide training and act as a knowledge resource for the team.
