Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Supervisor of Advisor Support to directly engage with our nationwide Financial Professionals, leading a team of Advisor Support phone professionals who handle queries on money movement, account maintenance, and new accounts.

The ideal candidate will ensure service quality and timeliness, guiding a fast-paced team with a collaborative entrepreneurial approach to elevate the advisor experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related experience within the industry, interfacing regularly with financial professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent in combination with significant experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Advisor Support agents that will support and retain Osaic’s Financial Professionals.
• Set team goals, establish vision and take action to achieve goals.
• Effectively coach, in a diversity of ways, to drive team results for advisor satisfaction, service, quality, and productivity aligned to department objectives.
• Provide timely coaching, training, and total performance management.
• Support the entire Advisor Support team with real time help floor walking and being support to team members who need additional coaching.
• Support the management chat channel, answering team member questions real time.
• Develop and maintain internal relationships.
• Identify and take responsibility for addressing operational and organizational challenges that impact the team.
• Effectively adopt changing business needs and guide employees through shifting priorities.
