Osaic is seeking a Strategic Account Manager for a remote US-based position. You will support a large network of Financial Professionals, handling calls, processing transactions, and delivering best-in-class service.

The role emphasizes education and support rather than selling, with overtime eligibility and robust onboarding. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in financial services operations or related fields, experience with DocuPace, and strong MS Office skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in customer service or contact center.
• Experience with DocuPace system and MS Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for delegated programs and provide timely support.
• Handle calls, respond to Service Central tickets, and maintain relationships.
• Conduct client calls, provide updates, and address questions.
• Process transactions including new accounts and money movements.
• Support reporting and system-related requests for programs.
• Identify issues and escalate for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Operations and teams to meet needs.
• Provide training and act as a knowledge resource to teammates.
