Job summary

Shaw Industries Ltd is seeking an Aligned Account Specialist to manage elite accounts and ensure on-time delivery of residential flooring solutions. You will nurture relationships across truckloads and LTL shipments, coordinating with inventory, manufacturing, distribution, and sales teams to maintain superior customer satisfaction.

You will serve as a central point of contact, translating client needs into proactive service plans, while upholding Shaw’s values of honesty and integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a customer service environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
• Preferred: Salesforce, Tableau and Power BI experience.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strategic relationships with key contacts in a defined geography.
• Oversee end-to-end account management from order entry to delivery.
• Collaborate with inventory management, manufacturing, distribution and sales.
• Deliver proactive, exceptional customer service and timely responses.
