Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Director, Strategic Accounts to manage Highland’s National Account relationships and drive top-down initiatives with Sales, Operations and IT. You’ll own business analytics for the distribution channel and oversee a salary-heavy package with a smaller incentive component.

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Accounts, this remote-friendly role demands excellent relationship management, project leadership, and strong MS Office skills to propel growth and collaboration across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, finance or related field.
• Postgraduate degree and/or financial certifications (CLU, ChFC, CFP) are a plus.
• Experience in insurance relationship management is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Primary day-to-day contact and relationship manager for specific Strategic Account customers.
• Drive top-down business development initiatives in partnership with account heads and Sales Management.
• Collaborate with Sales VP engagement, account lead initiatives, carrier partnerships, and territory analysis.
• Perform business development with Account COIs alongside the Sales Team.
• Lead account-specific initiatives such as VP huddles, marketing campaigns and in-market meetings.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts and strategize capitalizing on them.
