Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts for remote management of Highland’s National Account partnerships. This role reports to the Head of Strategic Accounts and emphasizes top-down business development across Sales, Operations, Commissions, and IT teams.

The role blends salary with a smaller incentive compensation component and requires strong project management, relationship management, and strategic analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, finance or related field.
• Additional postgraduate degree and/or financial certifications (i.e. CLU, ChFC, CFP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Primary day-to-day contact and relationship manager for specific Strategic Account corporate customers and primary contact for Highland sales team on dedicated account matters.
• Drive proactive top-down business development initiatives in partnership with account heads and Sales Management.
• Collaborate with Sales Management on VP engagement, account lead initiatives, carrier partnership initiatives, and territory analysis and reassignments to increase advisor penetration.
• Own account-specific initiatives such as VP Huddle Calls, targeted marketing campaigns and in-market meetings.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts and strategize with Head of Strategic Accounts on expanding product lines, digital resources, and marketing capabilities.
• Oversee Sales VP territory and account assignments with Head of Strategic Accounts and Sales Management.
• Create and maintain Account Partnership Business Plans with Strategic Account Partners.
• Onboard new Sales VPs on account landscape, compliance rules and Account Playbook usage.
• Provide reporting and support to accounts during monthly management calls (Dashboard analytics, VP activity synopsis).
