Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Five+ years managing strategic B2B accounts.
• Experience building account plans and driving revenue growth.
• Experience leading negotiations involving pricing and contracts.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder skills.
• CRM experience with Salesforce; cross-functional teamwork.
• Willingness to travel ~20% within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans for strategic customers.
• Lead pricing discussions, contracts, and commercial agreements.
• Grow Tyvek Healthcare Packaging adoption across applications.
• Coordinate with product, marketing, quality, and ops teams.
• Maintain opportunity tracking, forecasting, and pipeline management.
