Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Proficient in CRM tools and market analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand relationships with large strategic MDMs and pharmaceutical accounts.
• Build and execute detailed account plans to drive revenue and growth.
• Negotiate contracts and incent-to-use with cross-functional support.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and marketing to address customer needs.
• Develop pipeline and drive demand generation across North America Healthcare Packaging.
