Job summary

HeadHR is seeking a proactive Client Account Manager to deepen relationships with B2B clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction. You will be the main point of contact for assigned accounts and collaborate with delivery and technical teams to meet client expectations.

This 100% remote role offers a monthly PLN net salary of 8,000–15,000, flexible hours, private medical care, life insurance, and Multisport.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in client or account management, preferably in the tech sector.
• Excellent Polish at B2+ level and English at C1 level.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to build client relationships.
• Familiarity with Pipedrive or other CRM tools.
• Good understanding of AI topics and a customer-first, proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with B2B clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Ensure client satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to meet client expectations.
• Gather feedback, propose upsell opportunities, and support renewals.
