Job summary

PNC seeks a Service Team Leader within Treasury Management Service & Implementation. This remote role requires periodic travel for client calls and in-person meetings.

You will supervise the Account Management team, manage client experiences, contract compliance, and negotiations, and lead day-to-day operations while coaching future leaders. You will identify opportunities, drive improvements, report performance to leadership, and coordinate with in-house counsel on contract terms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience
• At least 5 years of prior management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience

Responsibilities

• Manages the overall client experience and outcomes to build and maintain long-lasting relationships.
• Monitors and develops new servicing opportunities with existing clients.
• Represents the escalation point for the most critical issues and leads the Account Management team.
• Implements improvements and connects strategy to business outcomes to drive client experience.
• Oversees development of the Account Management team and maintains key partner relationships
