Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Strategic Account Liaison to support the launch and growth of its Rare Neurology Franchise remotely from the United States.

The role focuses on communicating complex clinical data, screening and treatment pathways, and access programs to ALS Centers of Excellence and healthcare providers, while collaborating with cross-functional partners. The SAL will drive performance, manage site-of-care considerations, and navigate reimbursement and patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 10+ years of experience in biotech/pharma commercial field roles preferred.
• Experience in new product launches and rare disease programs is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Communicate complex clinical data, protocols, and treatment pathways to ALS Centers of Excellence and healthcare providers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with HCPs and key opinion leaders to drive access and patient support programs.
• Navigate hospital purchasing, reimbursement processes, and site-of-care logistics to enable therapy initiation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regional strategy and execute market development plans.
• Represent the brand at conferences and scientific meetings to educate on rare neurology programs.
