Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. seeks a Strategic Account Liaison to accelerate the launch and growth of FUS-ALS; work remotely in the U.S. and engage ALS Centers of Excellence, HCPs, and stakeholders with complex clinical data and patient support programs.

You will build access strategies, educate on disease management, and navigate reimbursement to enable timely patient access while collaborating with Market Access and Medical Affairs across regions.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 10+ (minimum 8) years of experience in Biotech/Pharma commercial field strategic roles.
• Experience in new product launches and IDN/KOL engagement.
• Rare or ultra-rare disease experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate complex clinical data, protocols, and treatment pathways to ALS Centers of Excellence, HCPs and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with HCPs and Key Opinion Leaders to support access and patient programs.
• Navigate hospital purchasing, reimbursement processes, and product access in collaboration with Market Access and Patient Support.
• Map patient journeys and optimize referral networks and site-of-care strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute regional strategies and drive program awareness.
