Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. seeks a Strategic Account Liaison to support the launch and growth of the Rare Neurology Franchise, starting with FUS-ALS.

This field-based role communicates complex clinical data to ALS Centers of Excellence, providers, and stakeholders to enable patient access and care. The SAL will craft regional plans, navigate hospital purchasing and reimbursement, and partner with Market Access to reduce barriers while educating on patient support programs.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in Biotech/Pharma commercial field strategic roles; 8–10+ years.
• Experience in new product launches.
• Center of Excellence and IDN Navigation, including KOL engagement.
• Rare and/or Ultra-Rare Disease experience.
• Cross-functional field team coordination.
• Background in rare neurology, CAR-T, Gene Therapy account management strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of success (Top 30%) over 2+ years.
• Must reside in Region.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on disease state, screening, and pathways, prioritizing treatment.
• Develop relationships with HCPs and KOLs.
• Facilitate access and patient support program navigation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance objectives.
• Present at conferences to educate on rare neurology.
