Trihydro Corporation is seeking a QSD - Qualified Stormwater Developer to support clients with stormwater solutions. The role blends project management, site inspections, and BMP design in Northern California.

The remote, full-time position requires about 40-45 hours per week, with opportunities to mentor teams and ensure on-time, on-budget deliverables for diverse projects. Candidates should hold a QSD/CPESC license, have CA stormwater compliance experience, and strong communication skills to

Qualifications

• Professional stormwater licensure required (QSD/CPESC).
• Experience developing SWPPPs under California permits.
• Field work ability with strong problem-solving and timely deliverables.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and oral communication with clients and crews.
• Dependable, able to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to travel within Northern California.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage stormwater projects throughout Northern California.
• SWPPP development and BMP design.
• Conduct QSD site walks and required inspections per CA permits or client requests.
• Monitor project progress and take corrective action as needed.
• Ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Lead, mentor, and manage project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
